I am a 29-year-old woman living just outside of Boston. I have felt the call of God to study journalism and eventually use it for His purposes. Currently, I work full-time for Converse Corporate Office in North Andover, MA and am pursuing an MA in journalism online through Regent University.
I first discovered John Bunyan and his works just after I became a Christian about 10 years ago. In Bunyan, I found a kindred spirit. We had faced so many of the same trials and I look forward to sitting down and having a nice, long chat with him after I reach heaven. I admire his courage and his willingness to be used by God. The story of Bunyan's influence is amazing: If God can use a tinker with an elementary education from a small town in England, He can use anyone! If you haven't read Bunyan's, "The Pilgrim's Progress," I encourage you to read it right away. Although it was written well over 300 years ago, the trials that we face as believers have remained the same. Jesus' grace has been sufficient for believers in the 17th-century and remains sufficient today. His love, mercy, and grace remain the same - Yesterday, Today, and Forever!
